Abstract
ABSTRACTThe concept of Intellectual Property right has existed for a long time. But so far it’s only on the stage of how to get, protect and manage the patent. The Chinese world recognizes the Knowledge, except applying for patent, is still in the abstract idea. We do not know how to define the knowledge. Not to say to combine it with the business framework and pursue the profit.My study will focus on how to concrete the abstract knowledge ideas into profit and built up the transaction model of patent licensing. I will attempt to commercialize theIntellectual Property Right and discuss how to use the e-marketplace to speed up the transaction of knowledge product.
