Abstract

掌性噻唑鹽 掌性三氮唑鹽 醛與酮的不對稱縮合反應 掌性噻唑鹽 掌性三氮唑鹽 醛與酮的不對稱縮合反應
Organic catalyst play an important role in asymmetric synthesis, the new catalyst and new synthetic method have continuted to be found until now. Scientists pay close attention to N-heterocyclic salt catalysed asymmetric reaction these years. The thesis is developed the triazolium salts 16、19 and thiazolium salts 22、25、28、31、35、36 as catalysts for intramolecular cross keto-aldehyde benzoin condensation . Keto-aldehyde 37 was selected as the starting material to studied intramolecular cross keto-aldehyde benzoin reation . After optimization solvents 、bases、temperature, the corresponding cross keto-aldehyde benzoin condensation product 38 was obtained in 35 % yield and 41 %ee .
