Abstract

固定化 間歇曝氣 豬糞尿 廢水處理
In recent, the swine-related management knowledge has make the domestic small swine farm changes to the enterprise-style farm in Taiwan. The population of the swine and the wastewater produced by swine increase year by year and a careful appraisal of swine wastewater should be made. The main objection of this study was to develop a new method increasing nowadays wastewater facilities. Our laboratory has developed a novel PVA-immobilization technology for entrapping activated sludge. In prevent study, the immobilized-sludge system showed good capability to remove organic nitrogen, ammoniac nitrogen and COD, simultaneously, from the synthetic wastewater. In this study, a CSTR with an intermittent aeration process (IAP) was used to treat screened swine wastewater. Experiment results showed that this system has good flexibility and can improve the removal of T-N. At TCOD loading rate of 0.334 g/l.d, maximum TCOD and T-N removal efficiency of 85% and 48% respectively can be reach. The reactor also has lower sludge production rate of 0.210 g-MLSS/g-COD while traditional activated sludge has sludge production rate of 0.444 g-MLSS/g-COD. In addition, the system has high SRT (21 to 279 days) at HRT ranging from 1-10 days. A mathematical model based on Michaelis-Menten kinetics also was conducted here. Plot of relating substrate conversion versus TCOD, TKN loading rate was constructed. At TCOD loading rate small than 1.9 g/l.d or TKN loading at 0.3-1.0 g/l.d, the theoretical conversion can fit experiment value somewhat.
