Abstract
Discussing Taiwan manufacturing industry introducing and executing management system, it’s used to take American or Japanese style, but in many times, it is unable to receive oblivious achievement. The essay is to research how Taiwan manufacturing industry introducing and executing management system, with aspects of organization framework, executing procedures, key factors, and related personnel confidence improving. The goal is to understand how Taiwan manufacturing industry introducing and executing management system works, and conducts an effective model for introducing and executing management system. Literature collecting and inducting and interview are the adopted research methods. First, going through management systems such like 5S, six-sigma, repetitive groups of TPM(Total Production Maintenance) to constucts frameworks, procedure, and key factors of management system, then by means of interviewing related personeel to understand how management system works in Taiwan industries.Final, Integrating both results to conduct final conclusions. The major findings of the essay include following points: the most important key factor is the participating of high-level managers, the evaluating of the magagement system and company needs to based on truth with detailly doing, American management system’s characteristics includes autonomous, elastic self-detemined spirits, Japanease characteristics includes exacts,severness, plain Kaizan spirits. For such findings, the essay provided deail procedure, methods to improve correct mindest, key factors of introducing and executing management systems, and problem of Taiwan manufacturing industries often encounter nowadays, hopes can make contribution when Taiwan manufacturing industries introducing and executing management systems.
