Abstract

擠壓式塗佈工程精密度模頭滾輪非牛頓流體 EXTRUSION-COATINGPRECICIONNO-MEWTON-VISCOSITY
Extrusion coating is a high-speed aand high-precision coating operation.This coating method falls into the category of pre-metered coatingoperations, the coating thickness is pre-set and can be decided by theflow rate and the coating speed. Therefore it is different fromtraditional coaating operations (i. e. blade, roll coating). On the otherhand, the uniformity of coating is controlled by the extrusion die, not bythe coating gap. Usually the uniformity of coating is excellent. Since thecoating thickness for extrusion coating is pre-set, our study will focuson the coatability of this method.For extrusion coating, the uniformity of coating is controlled by theextrusion die. Therefore the extrusion die is a very important unit forcoating operations. Our study will be divided into two parts. First, wewill examine the design and performance of single-cavity and dual-cavitycoat-hanger dies. Secondarily, we wish to establish the coating window sothat the coating limit determined by the operating conditions, thegeometry of coating device and the physical properties of fluids can beestablished. In this thesis, we shaall carry out a complete analysis tostudy the effects of these parameters. The effects of no-Newtonianviscosity and fluid elasticity will also be included.擠壓式塗佈工程是一種高速率,高精密度的塗佈工程。其塗佈方法屬於預先計量方式,即其塗佈厚度為預先設定,且其塗佈液膜的均勻性取決於輸送模具之設計,因此其均勻性相當優越,故有別於傳統的自身計量塗佈方式(如:刮刀式及滾筒式等)。由於擠壓式塗佈工程的塗佈厚度是預先設定,因此本研究將對其可塗佈範圍作一深入探討。對擠壓式塗佈工程而言,擠壓成型模具決定塗佈產品的厚度均勻性,所以擠壓成型模具亦是整個生產流程中,相當重要的部分。本研究我們將分成兩部分來探討,第一部分將對經常使用的單分流管和雙分流管衣架型模具之設計與操作,作一詳盡而完整的分析。另外,第二部分由於擠壓式塗佈工程,其塗佈上限與操作條件、塗佈方式(塗佈角度、模頭與滾輪的間隙等)及流體的特性等均有密切關係。我們希望分析各種變數,以建立擠壓式塗佈工程的可塗佈範圍。文中我們將對各種加工參數對塗佈上限之影響作一詳盡分析,另外我亦將探討非牛頓流體流變特性的影響,研究其黏度的切變稀化與黏彈特性。
