Abstract
This thesis mainly discusses the blade coating process to produce double-emission layers green organic light-emitting diodes, the double emission layers has better ability to recombine electrons and hole than single emission layer, thus improving the efficiency of light-emitting diode, but because the blade coating is a solution process, so coating materials and the use of solvents is necessary to choice carefully to avoid component miscible between layers, the green device of this thesis component by ITO / PEDOT / TAPC / TCTC: Ir (mppy) 3 = 94:6 / 26DCzPPy:Ir (mppy) 3 = 94:6 / TPBi to discuss. First, we will test the solubility of each layer material in different solvents, through testing we use the solvent which is poorly soluble to the underlying material, but because some of the material is very poor solubility, so in this article we have tried to use strong solvent and poor solvent as co-solvent to do test, but it’s effect is limited, finally we found the chloroform, despite which is a strong solvent for many organic materials, but in some of blade coating conditions, the chloroform will not wash away the coating thickness of the bottom but produce more stable film.
