Abstract
According to the report of Directotrate-General of Budget, Accounting and Statistics, Executive Yuan, the composition of corporation in Taiwan is mainly Small and Medium Enterprises, Small and Medium Enterprises Administration, Ministry of Economic Affairs’ Small and Medium Enterprises White Paper has pointed out that there are total 124400 thousand small and medium Enterprises in Taiwan, they are 97.77% of total enterprises. It can be observed that small and medium enterprises are main stream of enterprises in Taiwan. Owing to the increment of startup companies, there is no integrated platform for the guidance of operation in startup companies. In this thesis, we will establish a virtual platform for startup companies, the platform includes the steps of enterprise, the services of operation, the services of Entrepreneurs’ group, the services of incubators, the services of research and development, e-commerce academy. The system can reduce the threshold of enterprise and let the company smooth. By the e-service, it will lower the cost in time and human resource in early enterprise. And the entrepreneurs can concentrate on research in the core technologies and core patents, enhancing the competitiveness and additional value between companies.
