Abstract

專家系統 電腦輔助設計 以特徵為基礎的設計方法 特性語言 feature language CAD feature based design feature language
本研究之主要目的有二:首在提出特性語言之概念,此概念是由自然語言和以特性為基礎的設計方法兩種觀念所延伸而得。其次建立一知識基系統,其功能包含根據製造與組裝設計的相關規則來檢驗產品的CAD 模型,並依檢驗結果作成適當的建議。自然語言是表達知識與專家經驗之最自然的方法,而諸如孔,螺絲或主軸等特性元素是描述專家知識與經驗時最常使用的名詞,因此本文將特性語言的文法結構作一詳細的交待。藉著使用特性元素作為主要詞彙,與類似自然語言的文法結構,可望提升在建立與維護知識庫時之效率。目前對此知識基系統之要求,並不在於蒐集豐富或完整的相關知識準則,而是希望藉著建立此一模型系統來實驗與說明有關特性語言與以此為設計原則的專家介面之特色與運作效率。驗證以特性語言為基礎可提供更為人性化而有效率的知識庫發展環境,其最終目標希望能使得發展與擴充知識庫的工作能輕鬆地由專家獨立自行完成,而無需知識工程師在旁協助。There are two primary goal in present study: 1. To develop theconcept of feature language, which evolves from idea of feature-based design and natural language. 2. To build a knowledgebased system, which can be used to analyze mechanical designsby examine established CAD models according to principles ofdesign for assembly and manufacturing, and to purposesuggestions based on these criteria. Since natural language isthe most natural way to express knowledge and expertise, andfeatures like hole, screw, or shaft are most frequently usedsubject or object when describing domain knowledge andexpertise, adopting features as major terminology and usingquasi-natural language grammar, it is hopefully that efficiencyof implementation of rules in knowledge bases may be greatlyimproved. Therefore, the grammar of feature language isexplained in detail. Present system does not intend to collectcomplete or be rich in domain knowledge, but only tries todevelop a model system which can be used to test and illustratethe idea of feature language and the expert interface builtupon it. It is also our objective to prove that featurelanguage is a potential solution to provide a more friendly andproductive environment for knowledge implementation. Theultimate goal is that the task can be solely accomplished byexpert himself with ease, without extra help from knowledgeengineers.
