Abstract
Unprecedentedly, countries around the world make all their effort by a variety of green economy, eco-sustainable thinking and attitudes, for the environmental issues of global warming and climate anomalies, whose use of any method that can enhance environmental protection, ecological conservation, to slow the symbiotic balance the development of a crisis of survival and adaptation relevant to humans and the environment.The Smart-Green Building is based on the green building, of the green industry, with the high-tech applications of ICT technology, from beginning, it allow building to be planned, designed and constructed, maintenance to operation of the building, till the final stage of waste removal from the entire building, so that can be achieve a way of safe and healthy, convenient and comfortable, a whole new concept of the carbon reduction and environmentally friendly living space.This study is based on the Executive Yuan in 2010 "Smart-Green Building promotion Project", a sustainable development program of national policy, from existing green building, smart building technology in principle practices, by a dual track indicators and cases to explore the universality of the planning and design of the building, integrated a whole systematic, process-oriented planning model, so that can provide the building planners and designers have a set of simplistic conceptualization of operating mechanism.The ultimate purpose of this study is to reflect the concepts of the "Smart-Green Building", from the initial stage of building planning and design, imported of green environmentally friendly and intelligent technology into building, which hope can make a safe, healthy, convenient, comfortable and sustainable quality of life, for the sake of people who lives in this lack of energy and resource-poor island of Taiwan.
