Abstract
This study will be focusing on improving ORC to match the temperature differences when working fluid in the cycle from the evaporator to condenser. However, it is difficult to match the variation of the heat source and obtaining correct data during testing. We will carry out simulation and optimization for improving testing to be performed with better efficiency. Then using the results to conduct experiments in order to improve the key elements in ORC (including evaporator, condenser, expander, and PLC) and other core technology of ORC in the low temperature range (70 ℃ ~ 200 ℃). With data acquisition and analysis, the waste heat can be better utilized by analysis of system, integration, and testing to find the optimal operating point of the key elements. By comparing parameters and data offered by the industry, we can integrate analytical model and data measured from heat supply system into a smart design system, which will be a great tool to optimize ORC design efficiency, development, and performance testing.
