Abstract
Not in my back yard is the concept of most people dealing with Petroleum industry. However, does the only choice is to shut down the refinery? Do we have the other alternatives? What is our government energy policy? In order to sustainable development, what are the action plans of CPC Corporation? Would refinery be environmental friendly? No more pollution maker. The internal solutions are steady operation and set up all the emission monitoring networks. The external solution is information available to public to reduce people’s doubts and worries. This paper is discussed how refinery strategy to set up monitoring system and share environmental monitoring data resources with public.
