Abstract

氯化鎘人類淋巴母細胞基因不穩定性 CdCl2Human lymphoblastgenetic instability
本文主旨在研究氯化鎘對人類淋巴母細胞遺傳物質的影響.由於tk6細胞株在胸腺核甘激活酵素基因上為異質接合體的型式.而利於突變分析實驗的進行.之後,利用sscp技術檢查是否有無突變發生.Cadmium was classified as a carcinogen by international agencyon Research in 1993. However, the molecular mechanisms of Cd-induced carcinogenesis are not understood. It is believed thatmultiple mutations occur simultaneously in mutations occursimultaneously in mutagen ecposed mammalian cells and finallyinduce cancers. Whether Cd-induced cancers are correlated withthe increased mutations frequency on more than one gene in cellsremains to be elucidated.
