沸石 不均化反應 失活 結焦 Zeolites disproportionation deactivation coke
氨氣-tpd、紅外線光譜、氙氣等溫吸附、Xe-129和C-13核磁共振等實驗技釵b催化不均化反應時,觸媒上的結焦效應與失活現象。主要包括兩大部份∞催化異丙基苯不均化反應時,氮氣的稀釋程度與攜帶氣體的性質對觸媒結v響。結果顯示,焦碳總含量與焦碳對產物形狀選擇性的影響皆隨氮氣稀釋C;而不均化反應活性的排列順序為CO2<He<H2<N2。(2) H-ZSM-5?A基苯不均化反應時之焦碳形成與失活現象之探討。結果顯示,起始失活H反應轉化率的提高而增加,焦碳是不均勻分佈的且結焦過程可分為三步驟n為內部結焦、主要為外部結焦。失活主因為部份酸基被焦碳覆蓋而未發生鄐?v、總焦碳含量、失活速率、Xe-129性基濃度的增加而增加;在相同起始轉化率下,經過某一特定反應時間後“t量及焦碳密度與酸性基濃度成正比。失活速率隨反應溫度增加而降低,絲贖袧W加而增加。在不同粒徑觸媒上,焦碳生成量並無明顯差異但對反應狡靬呇釩雂j的影響。A study on coking and deactivation of zeolities by TGA, TPD,nand Xe-129 and C-13 NMR has been made. Concluding two parts :fcarrier gases on deactivation and coking in Beta duringcumeneion. The coke content and coke induced product shapeselectivityased with N2/cumene. The catalytic activity is CO2<He<He <N2.deactivation of HZSM-5 during EBdisproportionation. Thef deactivation and the coke contentincreases with level ofree steps of coke depositions wereenvisaged. The levels ofe content, rate of deactivation werefound to increase with Althe same initial condition, themaximum internal coke contenty are found to increase with Alcontent.
