Abstract

液態透鏡 變焦 成像品質 MTF PDMS
The main purpose of this study is to find the effect of the shape of the film of the liquid filled lens to image quality. ANSYS is used to simulate the changes of film’s deformation and ZEMAX is used to find the focal length of the liquid filled lens when the lens is filled with the liquid with pressure. In this study, the pressure ranging is varied from 0 to 1000Pa. The comparison of the quality of the image is based on MTF diagram and Geometric Image Analysis. To improve the image quality of the lens, the initial shape and thickness of film are changed. It is found that either changing the thickness of the film or using the film with arc feature can change the image quality. Based on the simulation result, the films with the size, thickness and shape as the film used in analysis are used in experiments. The experiments include the shape, focal length and image quality measurement. The result of experiment and simulation are compared.
