Abstract
烘焙用酵母菌中的粗烯醇□經層析後得到純烯醇□，此□經KBr 作用後，烯醇□的次級單位可以解離兩高峰－－Peak Ⅰe-di & Peak Ⅱe-wo ，烯醇□碘化後經KBr作用生成另兩高峰－－PeakⅠ-di & PeakⅡ I-nw ，混成後的烯醇□的比活度為零，臆測兩次級單位的烯醇□構造非但為保持此□活性架構所必要，而且其本身活性所必需(Kinetically active)。
