Abstract
Abstract The wireless LAN of Taiwan acts important ODM and OEM roles in the 21st century. In particular, technology of changing with each passing day acts to network and communication factories follow the integrated EMS factory and approach of the low threshold, so the application is transition from the low end to mid – high. There is obvious that the specification of 802.11 acts the application, manufacturing and research and development (RD) of WiFi and WiMax. This thesis uses manufacturing and research and development (RD) of a network and communication company as the background to study the company how to have research and development (RD), production and manufacturing that is the company depended on for existence with the competitiveness of the same trade or business, under huge evolution of technology. Moreover, the company integrates many processes to lower costs and improve efficiency to turn into profit, under numerous network and communication companies. Also, the company offers the procedure that is a key of successful transformation to network and communication industry for reference. The company can create the largest profit in technological competition. Among them is divided into five chapters to study WLAN and WiMAX in the market scale, products application, case background introduction, and research and development (RD) planning with production originally. Moreover, study the improved procedures of research and development (RD) and production. Finally, analyze the benefit after improving, and make the conclusion with suggested procedure factors to offer reconstruction value of omni-directional enterprises Key words: integrate processes RD & production process wireless networking
