Abstract
人工物料搬運 (Manual Material Handling, 簡稱 MMH) 工作已被証實是造成慢性下背部酸痛(Chronic Low Back Pain)的主要因素之一。本研究的目的就是希望能根據國人人體計測資料, 建立一套方便使用的自動化人工物料搬運工作評估系統。系統的發展主耍是利用快速影像擷取系統自放影機中截取所需要的搬運動作, 並結合電腦計算儲存功能, 參考國人人體計測資料, 以達成能自動地評估物料搬運工作中, 下背部受力的情形, 及受傷害的可能性之測量。並找出在整個物料搬運工作週期中, 最具危害性的元素, 以影像陳示其姿勢, 並進而提出正確物料搬運或抬舉重物方式之建議。本系統具備兩套介面設計, 一套是採適合初學者使用之對話方式,另一套是適合熟練者使用之選單方式。系統的設計是以C語言撰寫,在撰寫的過程中建立了很多程式庫, 這些的程式庫將有助於日後的研究與擴充。It has been proven that manual material handling (MMH) task isrisk factors that cause chronic low back pain. The purpose ofodevelop an automated computater system for evaluating theckinjries in manual material handling tasks. The key idea of thissystem is to use computer vision technique to automaticallyassess the posture in the process of performing manual materialhandling tasks. The system can calculate the strains exerted inlow back ands based on the anthropometric data and thebiomechanical models. Then, the system can indicate the worstelement during the manual material handling job cycle, and thedisc compressive force compare with damge load and compressivestrength to predict the possiblee. Finally, somerecommendations of correct material handling or lifting postureare given. The system has two computer interfaces design. Oneis for the beginner in the dialogue form and the other is forexpert in the menu form. The system is Language and imageprocessing libraries, biomechanical models, and anthropometricdata base are built in the system. very useful for futuredevelopment.
