Abstract
SummaryThis research aims to analyze and solve some challenges which are about environment change and causes what kinds of challenging problems. How to analyze the research in systems? The steps and the ways to classify, analyze, ponder and how to make decisions.Used as an example for business’s managementThis research total spreads 70 questionnaires and all of them are effective. The rate of recycling is 100%. According to the result of the questionnaires’ statistics, we designed an interview outline. We also invited our customers, some mainly associated industries and the costumers we missed to accept our interview aiming the searching result.The progress of research is as following:1.The research of students’ questionnaireTo understand children’s requirements and the hobbies about cram school, we make the students of A teaching system to do the questionnaire. In order to know whether they will attend this cram school, we want to realize their opinions and choices, also some view and impression about the every local cram school. And the point that A teaching system needs to strengthen and improve.2.The interview of parentsTo understanding parents’ requirement and the exception about cram school, we make the interview with the parents of A teaching system.In order to make sure their decision、opinion and the view toward the local cram school, and the points they prefer A teaching system to improve, we made the above interviews.3.The relative industry of interview comparisonFinding and searching range, relative with education and associated with some close industry near the East of Hsinchu. Local education business also face the same problems of children-less. To do the research about how to face the challenge of children-less problems, and the strategy of solution.Find out the common thinking mode, and prove this research with varieties solution. The associated industry setting subject of interview in this report, we chose the junior and the elementary school in HengSham country. During the communication, we could more realize the reasons of children-less, and how to take the action and discuss the cause of it by digging the question and finding the solution.4.The reaction of the past customersWe analyzed this program by calling the student parents to be aimed at the reasons of why A teaching system’s students prefer to transfer to another teaching system.To discuss what is our business ought to be. How to search the aim of costumers. To create the values of costumers. Setting the position of our company. Thinking about“ part with some proposes which is out of time or which can’t prove outstanding contribution. Searching what the customers require to satisfy them. Creating the requirement of customers, business product and the value of service.It is not unique enough by which created in unitary knowledge. Different combination might led more opportunity to great originality. In this case, we compos different knowledge territory such as management, information, internet and education practice…etc together. Develop teaching enterprise and create marketing technology strategy.Prove the different point of view and pondering mode for the government department concerned and teaching system concerned, in order to reach the goal of getting more innovation chances.Find out the solution to solve the problem, creating the university and industry liaison system searching mode in win-win by the analyzes Michael Porter's Five Forces Model; the environment analyze in both internal and external part; the manager structure policy; SWOT and the estimate of tactic development’s combine.According to this report, it proves A teaching system or the business which is face the challenge of the changing industry-environment how to run the business by having the well discipline employees; carrying the discipline thought out; executing the discipline action. To breed the strong actual strength in business, made the venture to advance by leaps and bounds.
