Women who delivered a baby were took care by her or her husband’s mother. As time passes, the health facilities for postnatal care and nannies who provide postnatal care services have almost replaced the mothers. Therefore, the postnatal care business has emerged and is popular now. The purpose of this study was to find out the reason that Company K sets itself apart from the competition of the business. The founder of Company K hopes that all the customers could hire a confinement nanny who is fully in line with their expectations from the chaos in the market, which law does not provide protection for related customers, through the platform Company K supplies; hence the customers could put their feet up and enjoy relaxing time after giving a birth at their own place. The nanny not only takes care of the mother and newborn baby but also does the chores such as tidying up the house. Accordingly, the only thing the mother needs to do is to rest and to relax. The entrepreneurship of Company K is to hire chronic unemployment or elder women and single mothers in order to create a win-win situation.
