Abstract
The connector includes electronic connector and fiber connector，It looks like both its function and application are not much different，but actually after through study they are totally different。Also the raw material and production process are not related to each other。From pure technological aspect，it is not too difficult to move from electronic connector to fiber connector。It is well know that mainland China can provide nearly cost zero level and unlimited human resource，So almost all Taiwanese electronic connector vendors went there。Therefore，4 industry leaders were interviewed 。From their answers to questions about the future development of fiber connector，several conclusions can be drawn。Those conclusions will be a useful advice for me 。For those companies still remain in Taiwan，they need a new strategy to survive。Those electronic connectors vendors in Taiwan like me。
