Abstract

無段變速器 CVT transmission
本文之目的是藉由研究 CVT系統的設計參數來改善車輛的能源使用效率,並將整個 CVT系統的參數設計流程予以電腦化,以縮短 CVT之開發時程。文中首先論述CVT之作動原理,並嘗試提出CVT於變速過程中之行為模式及其參數表示法,以便尋找不同行駛狀況下之 CVT平衡位置,作為撰寫電腦模擬程式之理論基礎。模擬程式之主要功能在於定速行駛性能的模擬,將模擬所得之定速行駛曲線及引擎運轉曲線與車輛動力源之效率分佈圖結合,一方面可進行參數影響分析以瞭解參數對性能之影響,作為將來設計時之決策依據;另一方面也可用以判別初步設計結果之優劣,為進行 CVT參數設計之有力工具。最後本文結合所發展之理論、模擬程式以及參數分析之結果,進行電動機車與汽油機車之CVT系統設計,如此既可論述整個CVT系統之設計觀念,又可顯示 CVT 設計參數對於車輛效率改善之影響。設計參數之變動對於車輛動力源之運轉情形影響很大, CVT經過細心的參數調校後,可大幅提高能源使用效率,且能視實際需要與電動馬達或汽油引擎匹配,為一相當有潛力之車輛傳動工具。This paper proposed a methodology for the analysis of de- signparameters of rubber V-belt continuously variable transmissions(CVT). A computer-aided design software for the design of CVTwas developed, it may shorten the develop- ing time of new CVTand obtain improved transmission effi- ciency. The operationprinciple of a general CVT is first intro- duced. The behaviorduring the process of speed-ratio change and its parametricrepresentations which can be used to predict the CVTequilibrium states at different driving conditions areinvestigated. This may be employed as the basis of the CVT'scomputer simulation program. By using this software, one cananalyze a specific parameter to understand its effects onvehicle performance. One can also judge whether the design isadequate or not. Two design examples are performed toillustrate the capability of the computer-aided designsoftware. It is clearly that the variations of CVT parametershave great effects on the performance of the powertransmission. By carefully adjusting the parameters, one canimprove the transmission efficiency regardless the types ofpower sources being used such as an engine or an electricalmotor.
