Abstract
Organization Design is very usual work for each manager, trying to organize a group of people, sharing and working together, sometimes it’s very people oriented . It’s quit be understood that the same group of people will have different behavior in different kinds organization structure . Organization Design technics plays an important role .The research bases on the literature study and selected cases study, Expecting to summarize a simple model (Knowledge base Organization) to assist managers with a reasonable structure in organization design .The basic concept of 『Knowledge base Organization design』is to construct a knowledge working platform with『Core Competence』 and 『Knowledge workers』, Knowledge management skill is used to collect, store, share and create organization knowledge in this platform, and utilize those knowledge to generate the value in the limited resource, focusing on 『Core Process』under the suitable leadership .『Knowledge base Organization design』concerning not only 『Core Competence』base construction but also 『Core Process』to generate value, The organization develops the potential of workers to be born a human being, builds a basic structure for re-engineering and faces to the coming knowledge economics .
