Abstract
DAFS,Diffraction Anomalous Fine Structure,is generally used in studying local structure of resonance atom. Here, we hope to find a more effective mothed of local structure studying by combining multiple diffraction and DAFS technique.The crystal we used is standard single crystal GaAs.The fine structure function,χ,can be got by measuring the three-wave diffraction intensity versus photon energy.
