Abstract
本研究旨在合成線性聚胺酯聚合物與星狀碳六十聚胺酯聚合物為基材以 增韌酚醛樹脂,再以增韌的酚醛樹脂製作碳/碳複合材料. 研究成果發現, 預聚胺酯聚合物與tyramine反應生成線性聚胺酯聚合物.此外,如聚胺酯預 聚合物的一端異氰酸基先與tyramine反應,聚胺酯預聚合物的另一端異氰 酸基再與醇化碳六十反應生成星狀碳六十聚胺酯聚合物. 其中,藉由[C- O-C]結構的生成與環氧基的消失,可以判定反應是否進行.而且,水對於本 反應是沒有影響的.加入環氧樹脂為硬化劑時,環氧基是與酚上的氫氧基反 應,不是與[-NH]基反應,也不是與環氧基開環後的氫氧基反應.在這反應當 中,是藉由DBU催化酚基上的氫氧基,使其反應性變大,而能夠與環氧基進行 反應. 在純樹脂硬化後,含線性聚胺酯聚合物之含量為3phr時,其耐衝擊 強度最大,比純酚醛樹脂增加27%.而星狀碳六十聚胺酯聚合物含量為3phr 時,其耐衝擊強度最大,比純酚醛樹脂增加57%. 製作成碳/碳複合材料前 軀體後,含3phr線性聚胺酯聚合物的前軀體之Flexural strength比含酚醛 樹脂高出66%.而含3phr星狀碳六十聚胺酯聚合物的前軀體之Flexural strength比含酚醛樹脂高出98%. 碳/碳複合材料前軀體經碳化後,原含有 線性聚胺酯聚合物之Flexural strength比原含酚醛樹脂下降25%.原含有 星狀碳六十聚胺酯聚合物之Flexural strength比原含酚醛樹脂高出40%. The objectives of this study are to synthesize linear PU and star C60-PU,andto investigate the improvement the toughness of the cured phenolic resin modified with linear PU and star C60- PU.The modified phenolic resins were utilized to prepare carbon/ carbon composites. From the experimental result,the predicted chemical structures of linear PU can be synthesized by reacting the tyramine with PU prepolymer.Furthermore,oneisocynate group of PU prepolymer can react with tyramine, and then the other isocynate group of PU prepolymer will react with C60(OH)12. Consequently,the star C60-PU can be synthesized. Impact strength of cured resin specimen contains 3phr linear PU is 27% higherthan that of specimen of neat phenolic resin.Impact strength of specimen contains 3phr C60-PU is 57% higher than that of specimen of neat phenolic resin. The flexural strength of carbon/carbon composite precursor specimen contains 3phr linear PU is 66% higher than that of specimen of neat phenolic resin.The flexural stregth of specimen contains 3phr C60-PU is 98% higher than that of specimen of neat phenolic resin. The flexural strength of carbon/carbon composite specimen contains 3phr linear PU is 25% lower than that of specimen of neat phenolic resin . Theflexural strength of carbon/carbon composite precimen contains 3phr C60-PU is40% higher than that of specimen of neat phenolic resin .
