磁石式步動為達微步控制微算機軸編碼器全步運轉動力機械工程機械
POWER-MECHANICAL-ENGINEERINGENGINEERINGMECHANICS
本文使用微算機實施磁石式步動馬達微步控制。每一微步為全步(1.8) 之十分之一。各微步所需馬達線圈電流之大小,經由軸編碼器校準該微步之位置,由實驗得之。如此將各徽步電流資料存於微算機記憶體中,而在微步運轉時取出運用。實驗結果顯示徽步誤差最大為0.045,高轉速之轉矩輸出大於一般全步運轉。
