ABSTRACT This is a single case study. Through the analysis and observation of the Leezen stores, publications, websites, and the interview with Present Ms Glendy Lee. From heart to mind, gradually grow up independently and the now have the ability to support more possibilities. And compare the perspective itself with the outside of the Leezen, the insistence value of the founder, farmers, suppliers and consumers to create the shared value(CSV). If the resources of the social enterprise are mainly financed by the fund raising or the government subsidy, it is uncertain and difficult to continue the sustainable operation. But if the idea and practice can stand the test of time, so that more like-minded partners willing to continue to support the continuation of power, the key is to do any choice to return to the original view. Long-term consistency will form a solid idea. In addition to the business company with a certain scale, the requirements to be responsible for the corporate social responsibility (CSR) are getting higher from the public, the business model of Leezen has the same reference value.
