Abstract
本研究在建立完整的系統錯誤診斷模式。透過對人類錯誤診斷行為的了解,以得知人類在診斷過程中所運用的策略及可能遇到的困難。本研究模擬以三聚氰氨工廠中的熱交換子系統為例,從實驗中了解人類錯誤診斷之行為。結果顯示:(1) 針對不同類型問題其策略之適用性不同。(2) 好的直覺式策略可輕易地診斷出故障元件。(3)時間壓力下的診斷策略易於趨向使用直覺式。(4) 假設驅動搜尋策略最為有效。(5) 提出一個修正後的系統錯誤診斷模式。最後,我們提出幾項建議以作為日後從事系統錯誤診斷工作研究之參考。本文分六章:第一章前言;第二章文獻回顧;第三章錯誤診斷模式之建立;第四章研究方法;第五章結果;第六章討論與結論。The purpose of this study is to develop a complete human faultdiagnosis model. By under- standing the human behavior in faultdiagnosis tasks, one can know the diagnostic strategies and thedifficulties when the human performs the fault diagnosis tasks.This study simulated a subsystem of a melamine plant--heattransfer salt system. The results of the experiment revealedthat: (1) The fitness of strategy was different to each kind ofproblem. (2) The good intuition strategy could diagnose thefailure of components easily. (3) The human tended to useintuition strategy if they were under time stress. (4) Thestrategy of hypothesis-driven search was the most effectiveone. (5) A modified human fault diagnosis model was proposedbased on these experimental results. Finally, some suggestionswere proposed for the later studies of the fault diagnosistasks. This thesis was divided into six chapters: Chapter1--introduction; chapter 2--paper review; chapter 3--thedevelopment of a human fault diag- nosis model; chapter4--research methodology; chapter 5--results; chapter6--discussion and conclusion.
