C2至C10之醛酮醇類, GC-MS-FID
An analytical method is designed, developed and tested for determining 26 polar compounds ( C2-C10 aldehydes, alcohols, ketones ) in the ppmv-ppbv range . This method uses canisters as samplers. Air sample is trapped on glass beads for pre-concentration and thermally desorped into capillary column. Dual columns coupled with dual detectors, RTX 502.2 with MS and CP-WAX with FID, are used. The CP-WAX column is used to determine acetone and propanal and the other compounds are determined using RTX 502.2 column with MS . The precision, accuracy, average recovery and MDL of the developed techniques is in the range of ±20%, ±30%, 70%~130% and 20ppbv, respectively, except for 1-octanol due to its lower vapor pressure. The sum of target compound (acetaldehyde, propanal, acetone, butyraldehyde, 2-butanone, 3-heptanone, 2-heptanone, 2-octanone and 2-nonanone) concentration of real sample collect from an industrial area of Hsin Chu county measured an average of 50.34ppbv in ambient air.
