Abstract
The mobility of regioregular poly(3-butylthiophene) (RR-P3BT), regioregular poly(3-octylthiophene) (RR-P3OT), regioregular poly(3-dodecylthiophene)（RR-P3DDT）are 0.0015cm2/V-s，5.4x10-5cm2/V-s and 2.11x10-6cm2/V-s, respectively. The threshold voltage are 22V, 3.7V and 11V, respectively. The subthreshold slope are 7.1V/sec, 5.1V/dec and 38.6V/dec, respectively.
