Abstract
The propose of the research is to estabilsh a excel-based volume flexibility & cost sentivity analysis fo r the notebook production lines.The system provides “what if” analysis tool for factory managers to analyze cost implications for various production scenarios.The research defines the indices on volume flexibility, delivery-time flexibility, and calculates such indices for notebook production lines.
