Abstract

有機發光二極體 刮刀塗佈 多層結構 三層發光層 白光
The dissertation aims to develop blade-only technique for multilayer organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs). In order to verify multilayer structure, the emission layer of poly(9-vinylcarbaz--ole) (PVK) host is deposited on hole transport polymer poly[(9,9-dioctylfluorenyl-2,7-diyl)-co-(4,4’-(N-(4-sec-butylphenyl))diphenylamine)] (TFB) by blade coating method. The bi-layer structure is achieved when TFB layer was annealed in air, but the aggregation is formed when TFB was annealed in nitrogen. Further, the alcohol or alkyl is used as buffer layer to prevent dissolution, but the phase separation is still occurred. The dissertation is also fabricated white phosphorescence organic light-emitting diodes with triple emission layers by blade coating. The white phosphorescent devices can be obtained by using the blue emitter bis(3,5-difluoro-2-(2-pyridyl)phenyl-(2-carboxypyridyl)iridium(III) (FIrpic) and orange-red emitter bis(2-phenylquinoline)(2,2,6,6-tetramethylheptane-3,5-dionate) iridium(III) (PQ2Ir). The orange emission layer is inserting between two blue emission layers. The current efficiency of 18 cd/A at 9 V, the power efficiency of 7 lm/W and the luminance of 8700 cd/m2 are obtained. The Commission Internationale de’lEclairage(CIE) coordinates is (0.39,0.40) at 1000 cd/m2.
