Today, the greatest difficult problem which a lot of enterprises face in management, lie in how to enable supply chain management optimized; And supply chain management scope is quite extensive, different industries have different execution focal points even more, without clarifying in detail, it could be confused people; “Supply Chain Management” not well know and promotes rashly, not only unable to reach the anticipated goal, perhaps encounter a lot of difficult problems and setbacks, accelerate the deterioration of the question in the course of promoting, even form deadly injury of the company. So how guarantee made can method and step reaching tactics goal? Cause me to think about combined some best practices in the past in supply chain management experience, thru business process reengineering and project management skills, attempt to find out one methodology is suitable for assembly manufacture company. This study is mainly focus on “Supply Chain management” methodology, and based on Microelectronics Technology Inc. practice. This study propose the revised methods are divided into: (1)Form Teams ; (2)Stakeholders assessment; (3)AS-IS Process; (4)Identified improvement opportunities; (5)Business process review; (6) Cost-effective analysis; (7)Promise project resources; (8)Change management; (9)Business process optimization; (10)Organization optimization (11) Process optimization; (12)Information system optimization; (13) Rewards; (14)Culture etc.. the total benefits from SCM project in MTI: (1)DOS (Day of supply ) is dropped to 57 days from originally 150 days; (2)The material cost can save 6% annual year; (3)It is can be up to 95% in OTD(On Time Deliver). After real case best practice, confirm its feasibility and results, and can offer to other companies reference once they are willing to implement Supply Chain Management.
