Abstract
統計製程管制(SPC)與工業製程管制(EPC)為品質改善的兩種策略。大致來說兩種方法迥然不同,然而他們的目的都在於降低製程的變異。在本篇論文中,針對更一般化的干擾項找出適當的最小變異控制方法(MVController)。更進一步,我們藉由模擬結果來展現 CUSCORE 管制圖和EPC結合的卓越效果。Statistical process control (SPC) and engineering processcontrol (EPC) are twostrategies for quality improvement.Ingeneral, both strategies have reduction of variablity as theirobjective,although they seek to accomplish this objective indifferent ways.This article addresses the $EPC$ rules ($MV$controller) of the process withmore general stochasticdisturbances. We also examine the advantage of usingthe$Cuscore$ control as an interface between $EPC$ and $SPC$techniques.
