Abstract
The rapid growth and occultation of the World Wide Web has changed the way in which the criminal use the Internet, the Internet chat room, and the web site as criminal tools or places. For instance, deception via Internet Wonjokyuje, drug trafficking make use of the Internet chat room, inviting the friend online to go out and Sexual abuse, firearms for sale by setting up the web site, etc. In addition, a lot of significant fugitives that likely commit a crime once more become walking bombs in our society. The critical problem to the judiciary that can upgrade the cracked rate and reach the effectiveness of crime prevention is that how to hunt fugitives from justice quickly and efficiently. So we proposed a platform that combines community, database, and search engine. The module include bulletin, the space of interactive discussion, on-line messenger, searching engine of criminal, database of wanted, etc. With this platform, we provide another way of communication for the government agency and people. For investigators, we offer tool case of tracing clues. In terms of the internet community, they could be aware of the information of criminal wanted by the law. And further, they could provide criminal clues or assist the government agency in capturing fugitives from justice.
