Abstract
本實驗擬選擇BTDA(3,3'-4,4'-benzophenone tetracarboxylic dianhydride)和6FDA(4,4'-Hexafluoroisopropylidene-bis-phthalic anhydride)雙酸酐單體及BAMP(bis(3-aminophenyl)methylphosphine oxide)和MDA(4,4-diaminodiphenyl methane)雙胺單體,並以NA( Nadic anhydride)為尾罩基(End Capped)合成可溶性加成型聚醯亞胺 黏著劑,探討其耐熱性、耐燃性、剪切強度及剝離強度等機械性質和物性 。並加入橡膠(Rubber)摻混(Blending),探討其對黏著性質之影響。 Addition polyimide oligomers have been synthesized from 3,3'-4,4'-benzophenone tetracarboxylic dianhydride,4,4'- hexafluoroisopropylidene-bis-phthalic anhydride,bis(3- aminophenyl)methylphosphine oxide and 4,4-diaminodiphenyl methane using nadic anhydride as end-caps.The addition polyimide prepolymers were characterized for solubility and thermal stability on heating in air and N2 .Adhesive strengths of polyimides were obtained at ambient ,200℃and 300℃ temperatures. Also a series of studies evaluating theeffects of added elastomers on the adhesive strengths of a high-temperature addition polyimide adhesive is reviewed.
