The optical property of PC is measured by spectrophotometer. It is found that different dosages and annealing temperatures have different transmittances. As annealing time increases, the transmittance recovers gradually and reaches steady state. The process follows a second-order kinetic process and the activation energies are obtained.T he variation of hardness was measured. The hardness increased when aging temperature and annealing time increase. The hardness of irradiated PC is analyzed according to a first-order kinetic process at the elevated temperature and the activation energies are obtained.On the other hand, we use DSC and FTIR to study the glass transition temperature (Tg) and the chemical structure, respectively. The band of 3100-3500 cm-1 and the peaks of 3620, 2334cm-1 have lower intensity for high dose than for small dose.
