自主化人因工程肌肉骨骼傷害
The purpose of this study is that autonomy engineering improvement, import and institutions, and the improvement of the workplace. Independent of human factors engineering improvement is a three-stage due to the improvement of the project site. The first stage is the field operator with simple, ergonomic checklist, self-improvement, can be improved most musculoskeletal hazards the second stage, the first stage can not be improved workplace safety and health institutions to expert version due to control flow to improve, and then not be able to improve that would be commissioned by external experts to enter the third stage more in-depth improvement, follow the three-stage procedure, better self-improvement process.Import independent of the improvement of human factors engineering, AU Optronics and institutions 47 workplace survey, the survey showed that 10 workplace hazards through musculoskeletal injuries, the success of the first phase improved 7, the second stage case 2 improved the last one commissioned external experts to give improved.Looking at the research very well be independent of the person works to improve import institutions, self-improvement in the actual workplace improvement in three stages, the first stage of employees completed a total of 70% (7/10), the second phase is completed 20% (2/10), the third stage 10% (1/10), the most of the improvement can be completed in the first stage, this promotion plan so that no training through the the WMSD expert workplace obtained comprehensiveness improve, the most important thing is to improve the company of colleagues musculoskeletal injury prevention and human factors engineering to improve the concept. This is a successful import, it is worth the industry-wide promotion.
