Abstract

銀膜 四點探針 銀鹽類 氧化鋁基板 silver layer 4-Point Probe silver salt Al2O3 substrate
This present study is to fabricate conductive silver thin layers with the technology developed by Dr. Tan affiliated with the Institute of Biotechnology, National Tsing Hua University. In order to further explore nanomaterials, three kinds of silver salt are selected for comparison. Nanowires are applied to Al2O3 substrate, and there are two control factors: 1.different kinds of silver salt,2.methods for fabricating thin layers. As a light bulb works by electric cells and a low amount of resistance is detected by a 4-Point Probe, it is further proved that silver thin layers made of heated silver nanowires can conduct electricity.
