Abstract

評選綠色供應鏈 層級分析(AHP) 模糊層級分析法(FAHP) Evaluation to choose the Green Supply Chain Management Analytical Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchical Process
Currently the inspection report of the material/component is mainly obtained from the sampling process before the shipment by the supplier. It still possibly indirectly transfers the risk of the material/component failure to the manufacturer’s products. So the assembly manufacturers naturally use many kinds of equipments to re-confirm whether the material/component meets the specification or not before they come into their warehouse. It eventually wastes much manpower and resources when the material/components are sampled by lot. So far, the rules taken by businesses are focused on the experience of material classification and periodic sampling to reduce the risk and confirm the availability of the material. The evaluation of the supplier’s risk is further considered in this research. It will be beneficial to the objective for the appropriate green supplier selection and a great reduction of the material/component risk for the assembly manufacturer. The supplier’s evaluation and selection will directly affect the result of the green supply chain management, moreover, the appreciation of the supplier and the measurement of the weighted index. This research that makes the use of Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and fuzzy theory combined with fuzzy analytic hierarchical process (FAHP) will be a basis of the evaluation to choose the green supplier; meanwhile, a sequence of the evaluation is built up into this process.It will help assembly manufacturer to collect data, choose the evaluation criteria, scores and adjust the weight by the policy. It links up the actual example to choose the appropriate green supplier by concrete using FAHP integrated evaluation. It is also used AHP method to get the weight of each classified index, and then applied fuzzy method to confirm the classification of each project; finally, the evaluation report is achieved. The result of the research conveniently offers practical evaluation method reducing the policy maker’s workload and helps the enterprise to choose the supplier objectively. It also makes the policy quantified and builds up a suitable index mechanism while the enterprise is choosing the suppliers including considering that the environment factor from suppliers to the whole green supply chain will be one of the numerous influences for the evaluation and selection to the supplier. This research will enrich the reliability and science of the policy-making result.
