Abstract
Under digital convergence in the telecommunications, the meaning of asymmetric regulation might be different in this day. This study explores asymmetric regulation with documental researches and comparative analysis, especially the regulation experiences of AT&T and BT. Finally, it also infers that there would be some important issues related to asymmetric regulation from laws and regulations. On the basis of comparative analysis, this study concerned “Regulations on Wireless Broadband Access Services” and built a methodology regarding regulations to divide into two groups. To the end, this study reconfirms the result of asymmetric regulation and proposes few opinions and suggestion.
