Abstract
The purpose of this thesis is to propose a process of several business operation models that can make the mature or almost mature dual-use technologies commercialized in a shortest period time when we executed the STP(Science Technology Program) founded by MOEA and faced the organization culture, employee’s attitude, company’s legislation, and the situation of industry. These business models are step-by-step analytical and involved-in industry methods.The method of this thesis is to interview the leaders of three programs in different industries. Finally, this paper proposed some suggestions according to the dissimilar industries in order to execute the technology commercialized in the future.
