Abstract
本篇論文研究「提昇軟體工程至科學管理」之可行性。利用「軟體心理學」的觀念和「軟體度量衡」來描述程式發展過程，以及評估各項軟體技術。同時指出衡量軟體品質的可行辦法。「軟體經濟學」則用以描述軟體生命期中資源消耗的行為；其他影響軟體發展效率和品質的技術也一併討論，期使能對軟體生命週期的諸現象有更深的了解。
