In high knowledge-intensive industries, such as health care organizations, where resources are almost exclusively knowledge-based, and the knowledge itself plays a significant role. However, the accelerated advanced technology development in ophthalmology over the past decades has results in the invention of operational methods and machines which increased the variability of eye care. The rising aging population and near-sighted people demand better eye care. The demand of cataract and refractive surgeries has advanced to a great extend.
