Abstract
The thesis mainly discusses how to improve the supplier quality and reduce product quality variation from the perspective of supplier quality management. Through the "Supplier Counseling" activities to bring up the supplier relationship of cooperation, and then to achieve the customer satisfaction, reduce customer complaints and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. It has been proven by many studies that such activities could have the positive effect on business benefits. The current company's products are focused on communications materials, car materials and its application in related fields due to the market trends and client expectations.An iterative four-step management method, PDCA(Plan-Do-Check-Action), is implemented for continuous improvement in business process management, including quality control in the factory and the supplier quality management. In this study, we establish the incoming quality control monitoring mechanism from the supplier delivery inspection report data, develop the instructions for the material inspection with images and explanations, and create an electronic online tracking system and vendor inspection report reading code system, to reduce the data typing time and paper waste, improve operational efficiency and reduce storage space. In addition, the quality specifications and responsible contract are defined and confirmed with suppliers to avoid damages and provide the protection to both parties.
