遠距操控 開放式可程式控制器 三層式網路遠距監控系統 Teleoperation Open_PLC Three-Tier Web_Based Remote Monitor Control System
ABSTRACT Teleoperation aims at using devices that can help us deal with dangerous tasks, explore the outer space and deep ocean, look for new territory of knowledge to improve the living environment of all mankind. With the rapid developments of internet and computer science, enterprises can now integrate field control systems through standard communication protocol between equipment and processes. Enterprises are now able to establish well-organized information platform for timely data exchange, and thus optimize the utilization of production equipment at different locations, to meet the needs in logistic management and corporation development on their ways of globalization. A three-tier web-based remote monitor control system consists of controllers tier, servers tier, and clients tier. This system would allow Open_PLC to handle machine control, upload real-time production data to ASP server, and execute extensive data analysis and storage management. Clients can share massive real-time production information on internet. With the three-tier remote monitor and control system, the efficiency and flexibility of Open_PLC can be greatly improved in their application practices. In this thesis, PC-based controller and human-machine interface are adopted to construct the desired three-tier configuration. Through experiments carried on production process of injection molding machine, and high data processing speed and integration capability of computer, feasibility of remote monitor and control technology is studied for the purposes of searching application constraints of PLC on world wide web and possible extensive applications in remote diagnosis and maintenance assignments. The proposed remote monitor and control system has been proven successfully workable in both LAN and WAN, and verified for meeting the goal of research through real-time video transmission.
