Abstract
Medical industry faces a great deal of challenges now. The elders are more and more in Taiwan. In order to take care of them, medical device should improve new products. In this research, we use the case study method to analyze the situations, questions and trend of the domestic and international medical device industry's environment In order to define the questions that the case manufacturers face in the environment. The results of this research find that medical device would be improved from some parts: producing plan, planning in products, customer plan, communication between internal factories, and plan in goods management. From these parts, company can better products and these will help the disabilities get more convenience.
