Abstract

X光影像 讀出電路 驅動電路 Xray imaging driving circuit readout circuit
Because the number of people who died from cancer was increasing in recent years, X-ray imaging system used to detect tumors has become more and more important. The purpose of this thesis is to design the readout circuit and the driving circuit for an -Si medical X-ray imaging system. The pixel structure in this system was proposed by Dr. Sen-Shyong Fann. This pixel structure was claimed to be able to reduce leakage current, which is especially suitable for large area medical imaging. The readout circuit and the driving circuit of this thesis were designed for the arrays with this pixel structure. The readout circuit can read out the signal stored in the pixel and can cancel the offset caused by the pixel structure. The readout circuit chip was fabricated in TSMC 0.35μm CMOS process .The chip area is 1.643mm × 1.282 mm. The readout circuit includes charge amplifiers, correlated double sampling circuits, and a clock control circuit. The driving circuit chip was fabricated in TSMC 0.25μm HV CMOS process. The chip area is 0.615mm × 0.391 mm. The driving circuit includes shift registers and HV level-shift circuits. The input dynamic range of the readout circuit can reach 77.45dB, which is quite similar to the specifications of current products.
