Abstract
In our research, we prepared shell nanoparticles with different morphology by using the replacement reaction between silver template and an aqueous HAuCl4 solution.The silver nanocubes and silver nanorods was used as the template and discuss the results of a detail of the morphological, compositional,and spectral changes. We measured the phosphorescence emission spectra of singlet oxygen sensitized by Au nanocage, Au NRs in shell and Au NPs in shell in D2O.In the in vitro cellular experiment, the results was confirmed the HeLa cell death that does not only due to photothermal therapy(PTT) but also photodynamic therapy(PDT) under irradiation of 940nm LED.
