Abstract
This article focuses on after declaring martial law and military affairs, Kinmen how to develop and how to find her position. Through the culture policy of Kinmen government and Yang Shu-Ching’s culture discourse, we can see Kinmen put much emphasis on “Kinmen is a home town of overseas Chinese”.This article take the construction of ” home town of overseas Chinese literature” as example, to find out Kinmen how to show her characteristics of culture. Via analyzing Han-Chuan and Hung Dong-Ping’s works, this article want to tell the culture policy how to influence literature, and literature also show the characteristic of Kinmen.
