Abstract
We have deposited YSCO thin film both on LAO(100) and STO(100) substrate. We found the samples on LAO(100) have batter electrical properties by measuring the structure and electrical properties of samples. Thenwe measured the relation between the critical current density and the temperature, the applied magnetic field. According to the results, we supposed that the weak links exist between the grains in our samples. Otherwise, we also measured the R - T relation at the applied field which are parrell and vertical to our sample, the anisotropy of YSCO is about 2.5 that is half of YBCO. Finally, we let sample in 1 atm oxygen pressure, and at various temperature( 300-800 ), we supposed the oxygen dificiency of our sample. In order to lattice match between the film and substrate, we first deposited LAO as buffer layer on bicrystal STO(100) substrate, then deposited YSCO on them. We made sure the existence of grain boundaryby four-cycle X - ray diffraction, R - T curve, I - V curve, then measured the relation of critical current of GBJ and applied magnetic field, that we could know our junction as a long junction.
